I just found a very similar mushroom in a website I often use for this purpose: I t must be HYPHOLOMA CAPNOIDES. It grows late in the year and has got the correct Colour...

Hypholoma capioides is a very common mushroom here. This does not appear to be of that species. H. capiodes only grows on rotten spruce wood. Was this mushroom growing on spruce ?. Mushroom ID is very hard without all the necessary facts needed for a positive ID. It is fun to guess though( if you are not going to eat it)

Well, I never eat mushrooms which are not definitely identified as edible. Maybe there is some rotten spruce hidden in the ground. There were some spruce growing around this place but the leaves you see in the pic are definitely from a birch standing very close to this position. I think I'll have a closer look today if they are still there...
