Common blue female.

Common blue female.
Can anyone tell me the name of this very small butterfly, no more that a 3cm wing span? I have come up with 2 possibilities - Brown Argus or Silver Studded Blue, but not sure!!

Having looked at lots of pictures and sizes of particular butterflies, I now think this is a Common Blue female - Polyommatus icarus. So many look alike!!

Andy Rodker, Diane Putnam, , Bill Robinson / kinderbill and 3 other people have particularly liked this photo

Thank you Anna, for your help and the link. So many look very similar. I will study them all later on, and in the meantime maybe someone will come up with the definitive answer :))
