Hi dear Füsun ~ Thank you for your good wishes ~ I, in turn, wish you a good week too

I don't recall the fence but then I haven't walk this stretch since the mid 70s!
I sometime post my HFFs on a Thursday afternoon if my weekend plans are unclear, but I would think twice about doing so as early as Sunday evening! Not that I mind!

I expect that the fence has been replaced or introduced more than once Andy since the mid seventies, I first visited here in the fifties and cannot remember what it was like really then. This is a retro HFF since we only got back home last evening

Happy Fence Monday, Nick. So pleased that you got down to Cornwall for a break and had such good weather. I do hope you were able to watch the GP. Another LH success, and not just highlights either. Adrian was in his element until my high temperature indicated that an urgent trip to the hospital was necessary. Feel fine today though. :-))))

:~) Since Lucie, Luke & Finn live just outside of Weston Super Mare we were able to break our journey and watch most of the GP, the first 30 min we heard on the radio as we finished our first half of the journey ~ a good result ~ sorry that you had to make a hospital visit ~ very pleased that you are OK today ~~~ xxx
