Best wishes my friend and a hug, Sarah

I envy your view. I have always enjoyed visiting Portsmouth, from my days as a naval cadet in the CCF - HMS St Vincent & HMS Ariel, to quite a lot of visits over the last few years with assorted grandchildren. We had a year's family pass to the Historic Dockyard in 2017-18 and visited three times. We live just beyond Brighton and with a Senior Railcard and Southern's £2 child tickets fares are under £16, so great days out at a sensible cost.
On the most recent visit with my oldest grand-daughter we climbed to the top of Portchester Castle so we saw a rather distant version of your view. www.ipernity.com/doc/philsutters/48871170/in/album/499693
