FRED, is that the real name of this fella? Im serious, do you know this character and is that the name of it? we do not know , we saw this fence in passing and I snapped the shot. here we only see a dining area, tables and chairs it seems. thanks for your take on the photo Frans.

Steve, we were in Statesboro, a neighboring town we frequent very often, we passed this scene when riding in a area we are unfamiliar with looking for the new office of someone who had moved in the area and we were looking for the number of the building, and this appeared:)) we have no idea what this means, Fred F up above named the fella !!! ??? we hope to go back to this area next time and learn more hopefully, ? thanks for you visit and comment.
