One of Madrid's major music academies is here, located across the road from me. Situated at a prominent junction, and above a bank, the building is narrow, tapering to this rounded end. They light it up well for Christmas.

You're going to think this is strange, but I always thought it would be cool to live in a place like this built high above a traffic island in the middle of a street somewhere. I guess kind of like a castle tower.

Living across the road from this doesn't count on the castle tower front, but It was a pleasant sight to confront every day!
