St Agnes Head

St Agnes Head
It is perfectly possible to walk to the end, and local teens sunbathe on the sloping rocks halfway between crest and sea.
For Pam.

Wow this is a beautiful place - although I do think I'd rather not cross along those rocks just to sunbathe!!!

It's the angle of the shot that makes it look difficult, Jenny!

Super detail in the rocks as always mate................and some lovely colour from the lichen. I also notice a few clumps of wild flowers hanging in there too. Great job Sir!

Thank you Janet.
I don't have enough time at the moment to do more than post a couple of photos, try and add a note, have a look at one or two comments and maybe a look at half a dozen members' uploads. When I do have an hour or two, I find I am so far behind that it is depressing. I begin to question why my need to upload 2-3 photos takes precedence over the enjoyment of viewing members' photos. And when I do, I have no time to comment so I often give a perfunctory yellow star as a default measure. And I know this is not the intention! It should be: comment first and a YS only for an exceptional shot.
However I console myself with the thought that when I do have time I contribute to the best of my ability. Everything has to be a compromise.

~~~When I posted this, I didn't reckon on the universal positive reaction. Too much rock and little else, I thought. (I didn't even post it on Pano so this is its first airing!). I was therefore immensely pleased at the response. Thank you all very muvch indeed!! ~~~
I confess to having done so a few times on that mid-to-far-distant grey (sloping) shelf. You always get to see some coastal path walkers looking down and pointing to me and you know that they are saying, "How on earth did he get down there?
