The Cornish coast near Porthcurno

The headland of Trereen Dinas (ancient hill fort) and Logan Rock.
A glorious August day. No wind but with the temperature at a pleasant 75F / 25C a cooling breeze wasn't necessary.
The scramble to the end is great fun!

I have seen curvature myself on very clear days from high shots of seascapes. camaras take pictures... phones make phonecalls Sill if you say so....... !

Maybe I have seen curvature too, I'm not going to argue except to say that this digital camera really accentuates the effect markedly. (On your other point, my old and much lamented Nokia N95 camera-phone was a far better camera than ever it was a phone)!
