some people are dry drunks, they have alcoholic behaivior with out a drop of alcohol, and some people can drink a quart of vodka and be sober as a judge. The blood alcohol tests are relative to these constraints. There are a lot of other things that contribute to reckless driving on the roads. Depending on the mood, amount to eat etc,... and the level of stimulants in the system,... driving is best left to the professionals. I seem to have lost track of what I was talking about. Cars kill, ban the car. I doubt very many people are killed on bikes, except by cars,... Perhaps if they could devize a way to get people to stop drinking and driving,... seems to me that drinking causes a lot of the problems that drive people to drink? I'm not sure what is going on, but I'm against the trend.
