28ºC is mild for us, hot is over 35ºC, what starts to happen in April/May... the desert dust goes quite far north then, I didn't know you could experience it in your area ! Most unpleasant thing...

Happens quite often, in April sometimes we get 40ºC, most usually 30 to 35ºC...

It's called "yellow sand" and it flies in on the westerly winds from inland China.
The sky becomes gray.
