Bryce Canyon Morning
In 2018 we were in Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon National Parks on our way home from California and Arizona. The morning of our last day we were up early to catch the sunrise and did so at Inspiration Point.
Bryce Canyon National Park
In 2018 we visited Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon National Parks. I've never gotten around to posting photos from that part of our trip, but here are a few.
Observation Point
The view of Zion Canyon from the Observation Point trail, now closed due to landslides. We visited Zion National Park in 2018.
Observation Point
We visited both Zion and Bryce in 2018. This was the view of Zion Canyon from Observation Point, to which we hiked the second day of our visit. I believe the trail is now closed permanently due to landslides.
Bryce Canyon from Navaho Loop
Taken from the beginning of the Navaho Loop Trail in Bryce Canyon National Park. We were in Bryce and Zion in 2018 as part of a trip through the southwest, Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Anza-borrego, Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion.
Zion Canyon
When in Zion National Park a few years ago we hiked first up the short Weeping Rock Trail to see Weeping Rock but also for the view of the canyon.
Weeping Rock
This was our first destination in Zion National Park when we were there several years ago. We had not even planned this hike but several others got off the bus and we decided to do the same.
Echo Canyon
One of the hikes we did in Zion National Park in 2018 was to Observation Point with its wonderful views of the canyon. The first part of the trail is through narrow Echo Canyon and the light there was amazing in the early morning.
Echo Canyon
While in Zion National Park in 2018 we hiked through Echo Canyon to Observation Point. Echo Canyon is a narrow canyon with wonderful formations and colors.
