Gulkana Glacier

On our 2015 trip to Alaska we traveled from Anchorage to Denali and then took the old Denali Highway across to the Richardson Highway. We went north on the Richardson Highway as far as Gulkana Glacier, shown here, intending to go up to the glacier. We discovered, however, that the road was far too rough for our rental car and so we had to be satisfied with taking photos from this vantage point.
