Sagebrush Mariposa Lily
This is another wildflower we went to see at Dry Falls State Park in Washington on our recent trip. Though it also grows near our home, it is much more common in the park. It is quite a large flower but we had a hard time photographing it since it was quite windy.

Thank you so much for the update! It's too bad we haven't crossed paths yet but the day will come! You've certainly been all over our neck of the woods AND near places we've been camping! You guys have really been on a grand tour -- what fun you've been having!! -- and I can understand why you're now wiped out AND weary of the minimal accommodations of your van. I wonder if you could manage moving up to an actual camper van which includes the ability to cook, shower and use the bathroom. I have seen plenty of do-it-yourself pages but don't know if that's up your alley. All I can say is that I'd never do this without these amenities, no way, no how! But that's just me. :)
Hope the wedding was nice for you guys, have a safe drive home and Steve and I return the greetings to Nancy and of course to you too! :)
