Inner Lighthouse, Grand Haven

This is one of two lighthouses, the inner lighthouse on the south pier in Grand Haven State Park, Michigan. The bright "star" is Jupiter. My brother Tim and I were there to photograph the sunset and do some astral photography.

This is super...the silhouette of the lighthouse with that delicious sunset in the background...just terrific. Icing on the cake: Jupiter. Totally mind-boggling to think about, isn't it? That's another PLANET...and you got a picture of it. And...zooming through space to see Jupiter, it's so unbelievable and different than Earth. Incredible. Oh, the fiery light at the top of the lighthouse is wonderful too...nice work.
