Three excellent photos here Steve. Sad that the deep space shots were excluded though. You can do the other type easily too but these deep space shots are another step or two up completely requiring more skills and expertise. Ah well, sods law I guess. Hope next years goes better for you.

You are so right but this year was all about a DSLR rather than astro. I think my last photos in the selection most of our group in protest did not enter a thing. The photos on the board are outstanding. I missed the Aurora completely... every time I went nothing at all. I will see how I feel in 2026 if I change my mind... many thanks Herb You get a better understanding than most.
