Serpentine falls

Serpentine falls
The world has gone mad I have to pay $7 to park and get my few shot at a cost of 31 c each. all the while I get rained upon and you have to leave by 5pm. Is it worth being a real photographer these days and having a real camera and knowing how to use it. where is my phone but it still $7 and not a shot that comes close to this.. A few PIPS to give you part of the landscape.

Marco F. Delminho, Marie-claire Gallet, cammino, TOZ and 4 other people have particularly liked this photo

Being rained upon isn't muxh fun but the photo was worth it! As to the other., it's a rip-off!

Just this week I was in a public cemetery taking shot of flowers only and some idiot (just another visitor!) came and asked whether I had pernission to take photos! I might have been violating the flowers' personality rights...;-)

Sad but both been hit by the world gone mad as we both go to my wife's parents grave each week to add new flowers from the garden.

I might have been violating the flowers' personality rights...;-)

well what next breathing... no matter what keep clicking from down under.

Does the money go to the upkeep of the park (or the car park?), or is it just another levy, toll, mulct, imposition, tax, duty, exaction, tithe, etc to enrich the public purse or a private contractor?
Fine shots anyway, despite your justifiable annoyance!

That is the supposed idea but in the pouring rain there is nothing I want just the shot of the falls no stay or use of BBQ or toilets or rubbish bin. I can understand in summer and better days its pure money grabbing in winter. a spot that use to be free to go to then they found a new way to make money. when I go to Kalbarri in a few weeks its much the same any where to go take a photo you pay. again I have a hire car so I am free of the bus and can move about night or day to take what I like not stuck in a motel room or only where a bus can go.

this is a shot I will not be going back for thats for sure. glad you like it.

We dont usually see this much rain but the PIP give more of an idea about the place and where the water comes from. All the best
