Undulating hills and a solitary tree, must be viewed large! I never managed such a wide panorama.

Glad you like this we saw as we drove home after a meal so we went back next night and waited for the scene to show up as the sun went down . only way to get this was with the telephoto. my fav as well.

Lovely shot Steve, reminding me of some of our Yorkshire dales countryside. Love the lone tree of course. and those bumps.....

Hello to Australia from Tahiti

A part on NZ that does not have many trees . You are not to far from where i grew up as a child Kiribati And Tuvalu.

I was born in Tahiti, my mother was born and lived in New Caledonia, in Nouméa.
A n Island very close to Australia. When she married my father, she followed him to Tahiti
So we are children of the South Pacific sea. :-))
I have a niece who lives in Australia. She is married to a forest ranger. She just had a child.

yes nothing taller than a coconut tree and water every where around you but i learned to surf and still do.
