Bringing back Florida memories .... they are elegant, but just like swans - they can be really goofy.

Thank you very much, raingirl. Timing on the wings was easy; the anhinga was standing still on the log for a long time drying its wings. This place (Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge) is less than a half hour from my house. I knew I would see unusual things there, and decided this was the best of the things I saw.
