Cutting down dead pine tree
This tree and another live tree were very near the power line that comes to my house. Today, a crew cut down both trees without damaging the power line.

The pine tree had been dead a long time. The sweet-gum tree was alive, but twisted around the pine tree. I am afraid a woodpecker lost its home during the process. Thanks for the visit, Maurice.
