Amelia club has replied to Gudrun clubWith sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.
You are so knowledgeable Gudrun. There's not many folks who would recognise both the flowers and Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
I hope that you both are well xxx
The honeysuckle is looking gorgeous and also very nicely detailed.
A beautiful pair of photos..!!
My honeysuckle has not flowered yet :(
Amelia club has replied to Keith Burton clubAfter quite a prolonged heatwave which encouraged the roses in our garden to open at least 2 weeks ahead of schedule, it is now pouring with rain. They are mostly old highly scented roses which don't like rain; consequently tomorrow I will probably be dead-heading sodden balls of petals.
Keith Burton club has replied to Amelia clubWe have rain forecast for the rest of today and up until at least Thursday. I don't have roses, so I don't have the problems you do. Maybe you'll be lucky!
Amelia club has replied to Joe, Son of the Rock clubHappy new week:)
