1. It's spring now!
2. Positive news - We are keeping the membership contributions stable
Last year, the expenses for the servers we rent from Amazon Web Service (AWS) increased. (We will provide you with exact figures at the IGA.) Nevertheless, the ima team has agreed not to increase the membership contributions this year, but to cover the extra costs from the reserves. This is in respect of your increased burdens in everyday life due to the rise in the cost of living in all areas.
3. Improved sorting of groups
Previously, groups were listed in the order they last saw some activity. Therefore, it was sometimes difficult to find a certain group quickly. To make searching easier, the new option of alphabetical sorting has been added.
4. How does the IGA work? And what's the new voting method?
For step by step instructions on how to attend the IGA see:

and for an explanation of the new voting method see:
How to vote.
Your ima team
I send this notice as an ipermail if their account forwards those to their personal email, otherwise I write from the team's email account to their personal email.
This is very time consuming, but it has yielded 9 club renewals in 6 months. These people would have otherwise lost their hidden content - but also, the personal ipermail/email was a reminder about our community.
I would like to point out that we have done a lot of updating to help people be aware of the status of their account, as well as the deadlines for excess photo deletions (when accounts revert to guest). We have added notices to many of the account pages and to the renewal pages. But ultimately the responsibility lies with the member.
My efforts (which are very sporadic as my time allows) should not be seen as a reason to be lax about one's membership - instead it is done as a kindness because I hate to see people's photos deleted. A side benefit is that we retain some of our membership.
He states (I've translated it) "The tasks of the Vice President are much more manageable than they were 5 years ago, when practically nothing existed in terms of outdoor advertising. In the meantime, however, there is a very solid foundation. All that is needed is someone to initiate and carry through the corresponding activities."
I would be interested in communicating with anyone who has a bit of time to help out in this area. One doesn't have to become Vice President, if that seems like too much of a time commitment (though really, any time greater than none would be fine), one could perhaps become an advisor to the ima team. This would allow great flexibility for helping us all out, but would also help keep these promotional projects motivated.
