Today dawned with high clouds and a little sun and with my old body in good fettle after yesterday's excertions I decided to take a slow stroll over the bridge to Aldi and have a look see at their meat offers. I got some good bargains.
Diced beef, lean minced beef, 2 turkey breast steaks, 4 pork chops, and 4 lamp chops all for £13:98 which equates to the main ingrediants of 7 meals each for Ellen and me. The products are all fresh and have the red tractor logo on the packs which is proof that the meat is sourced from British farms,in this case all from one farm.
Pleased with my morning shop I popped next door to Poundland and picked up 3 18inch oblong planters. As the name of the shop suggests they were only £1 each,
Very satisfied with all my buys I headed home again with change from £20. The walk was not much over a 2 mile round trip and the body held together. The reason my old body is holding up is mainly due to the changes I made to my morning exercises. I changed the ones for stretching to slow manipulation and up to now it works.
Happy days.

Strange how shops differ, Aldi over here is useless for anything other thank known Branded items such as Tuborg Beer, Lidl can't even get their feet in in most towns..
