Coming to the end of my visit we went to Hartland point with it's lighthouse and radar station. The views are spectacular and typical of the Devon coastline.
I climbed up one steep path to get a glimpse of the lighthouse and even managed to get a shot of Lundy Island on the way down. It's not a very good shot,it was a muggy day and the island proved elusive. Then I climbed another steep hill to get a view of the radar station and beyond as well as pointing my camera inland to give you a view of the rolling Devon countryside.
On the return journey I took a snap of the road from inside the car to show you a typical road here once you get off the main drag.
