With my back in a better mood this morning after another session on the massage chair I decided on a trip to Iceland. I got a lift there from a neighbour Tommy who was heading into town.
I wandered round Iceland checking the bargains,paid young Carol £35:10 and a young man packed it ready for delivery. Then is was across the car park to the bus stop. I caught a bus that comes to the island but goes north instead of south so I got off at the last shared stop outside the chemist. After a few minutes the bus I wanted appeared and I was dropped off 20 yards from home with my back still in top order. A good mornings work and lots of money saved on supermarket prices.
I will rest today and have another session on the massager later.
I am off for a little lunch now I will catch up on here later.
