Time to get into the garsen after a slight problem

We have had good weathwer for 3 days now so I should be further along in the garden then I am
Saturday was big shop day so no work done after carting that lot home.
Suday was looking good when I woke but a severe back spasm left me stranded upstairs for twenty minutes and a long time on the massage chair afterwards so no work again
Today after a pleasant visit to see my Mam I felt good enough to make a start at least so I donned my armour and set of to mow the front garden. I got the larger section finished and decided not to push my back too hard, That was me done for the day hopefully tomorrw I can get the smaller section mowed and both sides srimmed

Yes, we can't always do what we want but it is good you have your massage chair.

Ich habe eine schmerzende Stelle an der linken Seite des Beckens - es ist der Muskel 'piriformis'. eine spezielle Massage hat sehr gut getan - so ist das mit dem Alter :-)

I'm so pleased for you managing to get out and getting that garden sorted - well part of it anyway. I'm also very glad to hear that you're listening to your back and not straining it too much. That massage chair is a good thing.
