After the clattering I took in the garden on Tuesday week I am now fully recovered and ready for action.
My Knee and elbow only needed a little TCP and an Elastoplast, the shoulder had bruised up and a little stiff but no big deal.
However my back started playing up later in the day,the twisting I did to stop the steel stantion smacking into my head had a reaction.I wasn't too clever until Friday last when I felt fully restored and ready for the Saturday shop. That went well as did the rest of the weekend but on Monday I stepped off a kerb and got a back spasm,if you have never had one try to avoid getting one they are not pleasant.
By this morning I felt fit and refreshed so cut the front grass, all went well with no twitches so this afternoon I cut the larger section of the back. All was still OK but I decided to call it a day and see how I am tomorrow. Getting old is a bitch but better than the alternatve.
