Saturday I made the trip to mothers and found her in good fettle.
I broke my trip home for a little shopping at B&M before heading home.
Yesterday the afternoon went very cold hardly getting into double figures so no shorts for me.Today I strolled into town and picked up the rest of my weekly shop. The total for the 2 days was around £20 half the ammount I would need for an ASDA delivery and more fun.
On my return home I cut and strimmed the front an easy job now doing it and cleaning the tools in half an hour. I had some lunch had a nose on here and then attacked the remaining fruit trees. The sun shone and it was back to shorts and leaking skin as I wrestled the two bushes from the soil. Job done and my back is in good fettle. I am now sinking a well earned cold one and contemplating dinner.
Tomorrow if my back and the weather approve I hope to mow and strim rthe whole of the back before the forecast rain appears on Tuesday and lasting a few days.
Time to put the nose back on and stoke my belly. After which I will give the planters a drink.

Here it has been grey, cold, windy and wet 8 C so I went to Spain with Jenny.
Glad to see your Mum is in good form.
Hope the bad weather holds off long enough for you to do what you need to do.
