A simple chicken and egg noodle with ginger,honey and lemon sauce.

Cube a chicken breast and stir fry for a few minutes in a wok with a little oil, dice one onion and add to the wok.
In the mean time boil around half a pint of water add to a sauce pan with a little salt,add the egg noodles and turn the heat down ,cook until the water has all been absorbed.
Check chicken,
for a sauce you need ginger ( ground is easiest,mixed herbs,honey,lemon juice and soy sauce. Quantities are to you own taste of course. Mix in a small bowl or cup add a little boiling water and stir well. Add to the chicken and onions and stir well.
Take the noodles off the heat if ready and drain well.
Put a bed of noodles on a plate and add the chicken.
A quick easy dish and very tasty


P.S forgot to tell you I sprinkled parsley on the noodles when cooked
