Herrlich , das erste mal das ich wirklich so eine Kundenzufriedenheitsformular (für den Support meies defekten Gerätes)  ausfülle, das ich per email bekommen habe, sogar gerne ! und mich freue damit mein DICKES LOB für den Support auszusprechen :-))
