a few years ago i was at home during a bad tornado warning and i do not know what happened but suddenly the lights flashed in the house and i heard a zapping sound outside and i ran and looked and saw the 7,200 volt Delmarva Power pole arc!!!! wish i could have gotten it on tape or something.
