This is composer Garland "Hank" Cochran's version of "She's Got You". Apparently after Hank wrote the song he went to Patsy Cline's home and played in for her using only a guitar for accompaniment. Patsy loved it and recorded the song at her next Nashville session.
Patsy Cline (Virginia Patterson Hensley) was first to record "She's Got You" in 1962. It was released later on the Owen Bradley produced album "Sentimentally Yours". The single topped the Country charts and went top fifteen on the pop chart.
