Originally recorded in 1975 as the B side of a single by The Arrows (Alan Merrill, Jake Hooker and Paul Varley) "I Love Rock and Roll" (Alan Merrill - Jake Hooker) was produced by Mickie Most (Michael Hayes). Like listing Mickie Most's charted hits I would mention all the other groups named "The Arrows" but that is not possible.

Former founding member of the Runaways, Joan Jett (Larkin) was initially introduced to her manager Kenny Laguna by a tv producer named Alan Sacks. Arrows singer Alan Merrill's legal birth name is Allan Sachs. How cool is that? Recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts (John Doe, Gary Ryan and Ricky Byrd)1981 cover of "I Love Rock and Roll" topped the chart. You'll find it on the album of the same name.
