I'm an amateur photographer hailing originally from Ostrobothnia, Finland. I've grown up using a digital camera, have now found joy in using film cameras, especially as I've taken to develop black & white at home and then scan the negatives.
Nowadays studying Nordic history in Turku, Finland (seems and feels like an eternal project, due to the Bologna process et al, though I'm finally picking up some momentum).

In the past I used to list the equipment I use (first over at flickr and then here). I've slowly reached the state of awareness that the amount or quality of one's tools don't translate into necessarily good art. So therefore I've stopped displaying the list (suffice to say that it's too long). Look over my tags instead, I do keep tagging my work.
Also in the past I used to post almost everything under a creative commons license. At flickr this got out of hand and shots were grabbed left and right (mundane material got mirrored at wikimedia commons, often with the information wrong). Nowadays I instead give permission to re-use my work on a per case basis.
