Grew up in Seattle, Washington, moved to Utah in 1981. I'm a classically trained chef having worked in the restaurant business the first 17 years of my working life. Most recently I worked in a locked door psych hospital for 15 years, direct patient care, before going back into the hospitality industry.

I have an AAS degree in photo equipment technology...I can repair cameras.

I'm an audiophile and I'm into current events. I have a keen interest in astronomy, physics and photography.
