Hello,
first of all thanks to visit my profile and stream.
I'm Stefano, a 44 years old Italian from Rome but currently resident to Pointe Noire, in the Republic of Congo (Congo Brazaville) with my wife and my two children.
I have a big passion for the photography and I find Flickr a fantastic place where to share it with other thousand of people with the same interests and where to meet so many professionals and artists. Actually I found some of your streams very inspiring to me and I'm learning a lot from you.
My favored subject is people, it doesn't import sex, age, etc. (obviously if it is woman, young and beautiful I am a lot more inspired!), I love fashion, portrait, glamour, artistic nude and street photography mainly but then any kind of artistic theme attract me. Color pics exalt me but B&W pics seudce my mind. Still life and nature photography do fascinate me more because I feel not to be really able to photograph them rather than for their real meaning.
The area where I'm a real disaster is holiday and party photography: all my pics taken during an holiday looks like post cards or otherwise the subject is so focusing that you cannot even understand where that pic has been taken. But, for this kind of pics there's my wife.

Nikon F70 (film camera, old but still good enough for me)
Nikon D80 (she opened the door to a new word to me!)
Nikon FG (very old, my first reflex, she retired now but I keep her in very nice show in my home)

Lens:
Nikon AF 28-70 mm D f/3.5-4.5 (bought with the F70)
Nikon AF 75-240 mm D f/3.5-5.6 (bought with the F70)
Sgima DC 18-50 mm f/3.5-5.6 (bought with the D80)
Sigma DC 55-200 mm f/4-5.6 (bought with the D80)
Nikon AF-S DX 18-70 mm ED f/3.5-4.5 (brand new, just arrived!)
Nikon AF 80-200 mm f/2.8D ED Dual Ring (second hand but fantastic lens)

Other than this I use a SB800 flash and few filters (the Polarizer filter is 90% of time on my lens).
A new lens is coming, the Nikon AF 50 mm f/1.4D and also a second flash, the SB600 (looking foward to recieve them but I've to wait July that a friend of mine is bringing it from the US).
