This is some guys stuck after they went night driving, they had no radio, no map and no buddy so they had to camp there for the night.

On sun rise they walked back to camp and contacted the park guys and arranged for a recovery.

We stopped at the Jimna Firetower on the way to Landcruiser park.

This was the first hill we did a little on first up.

By the end of the weekend we were ripping up and down hills MUCH harder than this.

(BTW This is a test of the geotagging, I added geotag info to the image now I will check if Ipernity reads it correct…

This was one of the places I got muddy.

This was taken on the Sunday morning before we had breakfast.

We found another 4WD stuck that had been there all night.

The front of my Pajero, I was the most muddy so I had the most fun.

This was taken just after we went through a creek on the way back to camp and it got all the dried mud wet again.

Darren pretended that he was going to go up the REALLY rough hill in front of him.

He had the diagonal wheels in holes and spun them kicking up all this dust.

At first I thought Mathew did this on purpose.

When I first looked at this photo I thought "that hill was much steeper than that", then I saw the trees were leaning forward.

Once I corrected the photo by rotating it you can see how steep this hill was.

I preferred to drive these hills than walk them…

This is just after coming through the mud pit, it got all the way onto the roof.

I didn't think it would come that high and my window was open, it came inside :)

This is Mathew ina dry section of the pig pen, the holes in front of this rise make the car almost tip right over.

Just joking, by the end of the weekend I was doing this same thing.

It is scarier looking in the photos than watching it or doing it. It looks like he is going to tip over but when you are watching it never seemed that way at all.

This is a first track we drove on. At the start of the weekend we didn't have that much experience or knowledge of our vehicles.

By the end of the Sunday we were just going straight up hills alot steeper and rougher than this with no hesitation.

This is in the area called the "Pig Pen", there were only a few holes that had some mud in them, this one had the most.

Mathew (the red car behind me) went through this alot faster and got mud in his alternator that stopped his battery charging.

This is Mathew stuck in a rut on the Saturday. His front passenger wheel slipped into a very deep rut and it was not touching the bottom.

I hooked on my snatch strap from my tow ball to his and pulled him out.
