This is one example what you can do with motion blurred long exposure images. Simply duplicate layer, rotate the duplicate, and try something like 'darken only' layer mode.

- approximately -1 EV to get dark overall ambiance
- built in ND filter, ISO 80 and f8 used to get as long exposures as possible.
