Sometimes I think people don't appreciate the absolute beauty that is the wild turkey. The iridescent effect in the feathers, the rich colors in the skin, the wonderful textures on the legs...they're gorgeous, as far as I'm concerned.

The coyotes are like a tide, ebbing and flowing, here and then gone. When they come together and sing it is at once both beautiful and terrifying. I never miss a chance to enjoy their chorus.
