The Louisiana Iris always reminds me of ballet dancers dancing in the sun...^+^

The Water Oaks in my yard are still putting out fresh young leaves at the end of the branches. I love the yellowish and red-tinged color of them compared to the dull green of the more matured leaves of the tree.

The bees are out and about...^+^

Someone gave this plant to me a few years ago, and I look forward to it's blooms every year...if you recognize it, please let me know!!!......^+^

Of course, it wasn't quite this colorful, but, in the evening sun, this clover bloom was fascinating and full of the magic of Spring! Besides, it also reminded me of a wrap-around skirt that I used to wear...*+^

Although this tiny wildflower (lawn weed) is quite colorful, I liked the way black and white shows the lovely forms and shape of the plant. I'll post a color shot later...^+^
