It might have gotten bred wrong from the start?, for the difficult conditions it would be facing, a little strip of landscaping gravel between a parking lot and a sidewalk.

I like the dead conifer way better than I like the orange four-door monstertruck…

The region looked pretty close to how I expected it would look based on pictures I had seen. This scene is from Graham, North Carolina, and except for the missing sidewalk I felt welcomed. I felt like the Smalltown Southerners didn't mind seeing me walk…

I like to see the things that the big bushes do when the chainlink gets near them. I wish that the buses ran more often. I can not think of anything else that could or should be where the spread of gravel is.
