PRIVATE DRIVE, not anymore!: NO PARKING.
Idea for its next message: PARKING LOT.

That parking lot beyond the sign is LITERALLY CRIMINALLY underutilized in my opinion. The underutilization ought to be criminalized.

The pavement was damp.

JA ❤s TM is what I think is being implied here.

I like to tell people that one thing that makes me special as a person is that I like to tell people that I love light.

A tray of air conditioners wears a skirt; a high-capacity downspout floods a parking lot.
The decorative skirt was well-intentioned, but I worry it might make the underneath of the air conditioners seem like an appealing place for people to stand — while simultaneously (and inadvertently, surely) helping to conceal from view any structural wea…

Dead vines and living trees at a parking lot this morning.
The layout of the parking spaces surprised me because adjacent aisles of one-way angle parking stalls usually have opposite driving directions. I wonder if the site designer used ParkCAD software or something similar, or just casually improvised a layout…

Sidewalk condition in Nashville.
Apparently I somehow accidentally stumbled into the trashy and bad part of town.

It wouldn't be fair to expect Tennesseans to know what sidewalks are when they're thinking about parking their extended cab pickup trucks in cities.
