Hi Mike. I know how paranoid you are about changing lenses in the field, and i don't want to alarm you, but i felt i really must warn you about a potentially serious problem i came across recently.

DON'T TRY CHANGING A LENS WHILST EATING A SAMOSA!!!
I also found that it's NOT GOOD TO CHANGE LENSES WHILST EATING CHOCOLATE CAKE!!!

Be warned!!!
