in case somebody wonders what the pictures with these toy rats are all about:
they are Toy Voyagers *smile* (www.toyvoyagers.com)

jau, ich schaffs wieder mich hier rumzutreiben, näheres findeste in meinem blog, sobald die akkus meiner digicam geladen sind, werd ich erstmal friedhöfe auskundschaften und die stadt unsicher machen *unschuldig guck*
die ergebnisse werd ich dann hochladen ^^
die einzigen mankos an meiner cam sind, das wenn man den monitor anlässt, also auf live-sicht geht, is ratz-fatz die batterie leer, das andere is, das der monitor das nicht wirklich toll abbildet, ist also ein glücksspiel, was auffer cam toll aussieht muss am pc noch lange nicht...
naja, ich übe ja noch ^^

You will definitely enjoy having rats, they are so cute and intelligent. Please get a couple of the same sex, as rats can have up to 15 babies in one litter.

Love your rats too. Things are rather uncertain in my life right now, but as soon as I settle down, I want to build a habitat just like yours and make friends with a couple of rats!

Och, schade, ich liebe Rattenbilder!
Momentan habe ich vier Buben in meinem Rudel: Philip, Balu, Anakin und Hawkey. Bis auf Hawkey sind alle schon 2 Jahre alt, nur Hawkey ist erst so 9 Monate. Das sind alles Vermittlungsratten, und zu Hawkey kam ich wie die Jungfrau zum Kind: ein Bekannter von mir aus dem Tierschutz nahm eine "junge Familie" von Ratten auf, die "wegmusste" - Mama, Papa und winzige Babies. Nun, Hawkey war der Papa (selbst noch nicht trocken hinter den Ohren ;-) ), und weil das einzelne Böckchen dringend ein Zuhause suchte, erbarmte ich mich halt und nahm ihn auf. Süsser Fratz!

Danke! Leider kann ich im moment keine weitere Bilder von meinen kleinen reinstellen... Musste sie für ein paar Tage in Pflege geben weil mein Freund plötzlich allergisch auf sie reagierte :(
Aber ich schau mal ob ich noch was älteres auf dem Rechner finde!
Wie viele Ratz hast du denn in deinem Rudel? Und wie alt sind sie?

Yes, I can understand that you liked the little guy :-) Pet rats are soo sweet and loving! And always up to some nonsense or other :-) unless they are "old men", then they like to be lazy most of the time. *smile*

I used to have a pet rat. :( that was a long time ago. My boyfriend had the rat and I took care of it. Then I moved and I don't know what happened to it. He was a sweet boy. I missed him.

Rats are sweet, intelligent and loveable pets who make their owner (or "Mama") smile every day with their antics. Pet rats are not sewer rats, just like pet dogs are not wolves. *smile*
