Yoga Yoga
Started from last week, I began to practice Yoga in the gym near my community. The gym has two Yoga teachers, one is a young guy from India, another one is a Chinese lady. It looks so graceful and amazing that they could bend or extend bodies to such unbelievalbe angles. I had only practiced for two class, with muscles in back and waist sored and ached.
