1. What is The DocManager?

DocManager is a powerful tool which facilitates organizing and modifying docs. DocManager enables you to operate on multiple docs simultaneously.

Sharing options, tags, licenses, titles & descriptions, albums, groups, geotags ... They can all be modified by using DocManager.

DocManager is accessed from the My space menu.

[A] All your documents are displayed here. You can use "search" to display only those you want to work on.
[B] This is the work space, into which you have to drag documents you want to organize or modify
[C] Editing and organizing options will show up according to the tab you select

The main principles of DocManager

1 - Drag-and-drop is the rule — as simple as on your computer:

- Drag your docs from [A] to [B] to bring them into the workspace
- Drag them from [B] to [A] to take them out.

2 - Double-click on your docs, albums, geotags, and so on, to display them or to show more information.

2. Selecting docs

To select multiple docs, hold down the SHIFT key (or CAPS), click on the first doc and then on the last one, in [C]. Now drag your selection to [A].

You can also use "advanced search" to display in (C) only those docs you want to modify.
This enables you to filter your documents according to their sharing options, file type, dates, tags, albums, etc.
