About the group 1 to 10 - score the 10 photos to the right

...a scoring group, a game of give and take. You give ten scores and you receive ten scores.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Post one photo, wait 10 photos before posting the next photo, otherwise you would have to score your own photo

2. Score the 10 photos to the right of your. This is imperative. YOU HAVE TO SCORE.

3. If you score lower than a 7, an explanation IS required.

4. If you fave a photo, score 11/10

5. Please post your scores/comments WITHIN 1 HOUR of posting your's!!

Here's how you score:

1-3/10 = BAD

4-6/10 = not very good to mediocre

7-8/10 = rather good

9-10/10 = almost perfect to perfect

11/10 = You favored the photo!!

It's a fair and equitable game - to give and take. You give ten scores and you receive ten scores.

 

DOs

Post quality shots.
This group is not for crap. Score based on the PHOTO not SUBJECT.
If the photo is a spider and you hate spiders, that does NOT justify a low score.

Be kind and HELPFUL
If you don't like a photo - that is okay, but please let the person know WHY...
Don't throw out a 5/10 and then not give an explanation or helpful advice on the photo...
We all want to improve so we need constructive criticism and fair comments!

 

LIMITATIONS and DON'Ts

DO NOT REPOST!
Due to the fact that is mathematically illogical to collect more than 10/10 scores we can not accept that photos are posted, scored, deleted and reposted and then again scored - we delete and ban instantly...

NO nudity, NO violence or anything else that violates the Members guidelines: www.ipernity.com/about/guidelines

Do not post photos that are not from you (!COPYRIGHT!) e.g. those found somewhere on the internet, scanned from a book, paintings etc.

NEW UPDATE:
please DO NOT flood the pool with your photos and leave a neutral "Scored 7/10 From the 1 to 10 Group" on every photo of the 10 photos to your right.

Of course this is not (yet) mentioned in the rules but a question of honesty and politeness. And it leaves a bad taste of someone only collecting views and scores but not caring for other photos!

 

and PLEASE:
Do not wander through the group and give scores/comments randomly...
...this leads to a lack of clarity in the scoring!

Score on the photos that you are supposed to score on.
When you pick a random photo (maybe one you like very much) and use the snippet shown above "Scored 9/10 from..." you may irritate the members and the admins of this group.

Of course you are welcome to give comments on any photo in this pool - we all love comments, especially friendly and constructive comments!!!
