and because it's too simple: how have I managed to make a macro, considering that I've not a macro lens and the minimal distance for my lens is 28 cm?

Ok, I would say reverse mount or a good tele (28cm and 500mm will make pretty good makros too ;) ).
As to what it is, the hook-and-loop fastener (velcro) of your jacket?

Ok: the reverse mounted lens should be evident from my replies to Granddesign. And you have guessed the material (velcro fastener), but what is fastened by?
