"cheesecake light as mist" ;)

1kg of cottage cheese (grounded), 4 eggs, 1 glass of caster sugar, 2 big spoons of potato flour, 2 big spoons of semolina (i add 2 big spoons of ordinary flour too), 1 teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla sugar (?) and biscuits

mix sugar with yolks, add cheese, flour and semolina and vanilla sugar and mix. beat the eggs whites with pinch of salt and sugar (i usually add half of sugar to yolks and half to whites) and when they are beaten add it to cheese and gently mix.
you need some fat for the form and biscuits. then you put cheese on biscuits and bake about an hour in 180C :) i add peaches and raisins to cheese as well :))
(sent to me 6 months ago by my lovely friend Elżbieta :))

2. RACUCHY!!!
all you need is:
flour - mąka 1/2 kg
yeats - drożdże ca. 30 gr
2 eggs -jajka (jajko - singular ;)) and
1 and 1/2 glass of warm water or milk - ciepła woda lub mleko ;)) (milk is better!!) and
some sugar - trochę cukru ;)) (2-3 sppons)
salt - sól (just a bit - tylko odrobina)
oil
:D sometimes i add sour apple - kwaśne jabłko
or raisins - rodzynki (or both ;))
1. blend yeast with sugar, warm milk and some flour (just like ordinary leaven cake - or how they call it ;))
2. wait patiently and when it doubles it's volume mix with rest of ingredients (must be like cream)
3. wait again ;))
4. take big spoon and fry it on oil ;))
racuchy!!!

smacznego!

Well, I felt free to add some food, too.

Zwiebelkuchen / onion tart

ingredients:
- yeast dough / pizza dough (you can buy those in the supermarket, too)
- 3 onions (big ones)
- 3 eggs
- sour cream
- caraway
- salt, pepper
- some butter
- a little flour

1. Make yeast dough/buy it.
2. Cut onions into cubes. Fry them until light brown. (use the butter)
3. "Sauce": Mix eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper and one or two pinches of flour.
4. Put dough on baking pan, don't forget to do a high "border".
5. Put fried onions on top, then caraway, then the sauce.
6. Bake it for about 30 minutes 180°-200°.

Have a good meal!

PS: What I noticed: The "typing window" is far too small for a recipe. Moreover I had to go to fl*ckr to check out how to insert a photo, and I am not satisfied how it went.
And, I seldom use measures. Sorry.

Cheese-Marblecake

Ingredients
Ginger cookies 125 g crumbled
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Butter 40 g

Stuffing (or filling?)
cream cheese 400 g
sugar 150 g
eggs 3
vanilla marrow 2 teaspoons
whipped cream 150 ml
chocolate 200 g choped up small

Preparation
Mix the crumbled ginger cookies with the cocoa powder.and add melted butter. Cover the bottom of a cake tin with this mixture.
Stir the cream cheese as long as it becomes a smooth mass. Then add sugar, eggs, vanilla marrow and whipped cream. Stir again! Mix one third of the whole cheese mass with the chocolate in a bowl.
Put the remaining (two third) cheese mass nto the cake tin, then cover it with the chocolate mass. Mix both masses slightly using a knife until it looks marbled.
Heat your oven up to 160 degrees celsius (gas stove level 3)! Then bake the cake 35-40 minutes until just the middle of the cake is just tight. Switch off the oven and let the ceese-marblecake in it. It has to cool down slowly. Then put the done cake in the fridge.

Enjoy.

Boil jacket potatoes, fry corned beef slightly, boil beetroot and gherkins smoothly.

Mash or better rice beetroot and gherkins, not too fine.

static.zooomr.com/images/3140898_71302f832d.jpg

Add liquid from beetroot and gherkins and water, add salt and pepper and let boil sightly for 45-60 min.

static.zooomr.com/images/3140888_6ed32afbe2.jpg

static.zooomr.com/images/3140877_3afeb40ada.jpg

Add scallions and let slightly boil for another 30 min.

static.zooomr.com/images/3140865_b52d4c21d5.jpg

Whether to add or reduce water depends on the consistency, it's right when stirring with a wooden spoon makes a broad munching sound.

Fry eggplants slightly, they shouldn't become brown, dice tomatoes, place tomatoes and eggplants in layers in a pan, add salt, some water, tomato purée and garlic, lid the pan and cook it slightly for 30 min. Usually it's a starter without rice, serve with yoghurt in layers.
