How do I post an invited picture to the pool?

You already joined the group. Post it as usual using the "Send to group" button over the shot in the photo page. The only difference from a usual group is that posting shots is moderated. So when you post the shot doesn't go directly to the pool, but it goes here when an admin or moderator accept it (and yours will be accepted because it's invited): this is a mechanism used against photo dumping.
