Impressive Pictures! / small introduction of serenity

Hello there, thanks for inviting me to this group!
I just want to say again that i really like the impressive pictures posted in this group!
Unfortunately i just started learning climbing and stuff - so i don't have any outdoor pics yet -
but soon i'll get better, in booth ways - climbing and taking pictures ;)
One of the targets for 2008 is the pretty famous "Steinbruch Schriesheim" (you'll find plenty images via google - i've never been there, but its only 20km away - what a pitty!
A few words about my self, iam just 28 years old, live in Mannheim, Germany, which is about 30km away from Heidelberg.
I study electrical engineering (information technology) at the university of applied science in Mannheim.
Started climbing in October '07 actually i go to the halls about twice a week.
In February i'll take a advantage beginners course and hopefully will improve my technique ;)
My pictures are done with my EOS 400D, which replaced my obsolete 300D.
Most motives at this time are: climbing, our hedgehogs and our cars...

I googled "Steinbruch Schriesheim" and this is one site I found about it!
